General Introduction

Welcome to av77 services. These terms and conditions ("Agreement") apply to all activities you carry out on the av77 platform. By accessing the platform, registering an account, or playing any game, you are confirming that you fully accept this Agreement.

1.1 — Age Restriction

Each player is allowed to open only one account on av77. Additional accounts opened by the same player can be detected through stable IP addresses, financial records, and other technical tools. If unauthorized duplicate accounts are found, those accounts may be suspended and funds may be confiscated.

2.2 — Accurate Information

All information submitted during registration — name, phone number, payment details — must be accurate. If inaccurate information is provided, we reserve the right to suspend the account during the verification process.

2.3 — Account Security

Do not share your account password with anyone. av77 is not responsible for any losses resulting from a third party accessing your account. You are responsible for all activity associated with your account.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals on av77 can be made using KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and Bank Transfer.

3.1 — Minimum Deposit / Withdrawal

• Minimum deposit amount — 3,000 Ks (for all payment methods).
• Minimum withdrawal amount — 10,000 Ks.

3.2 — Withdrawal Processing Time

We aim to process withdrawals within one hour of the request being submitted. On high-volume days, additional verification steps may cause delays. av77 is not responsible for delays caused by Myanmar's banking network or bank-related restrictions.

3.3 — Currency

All amounts on the platform are displayed in Myanmar Kyat (MMK / Ks). If a currency exchange rate difference arises during deposit or withdrawal, that difference is to be borne by the player.

3.4 — Anti-Money Laundering

av77 strictly opposes money laundering. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until sufficient KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is completed during the review period. This process is intended to protect all players.

Bonus and Promotion Policy

av77 offers bonus programs linked to our services. Please read the terms included here to be eligible for bonus benefits.

4.1 — First Deposit Bonus

On your first deposit at av77, you can receive a 120% bonus of up to 200,000 Ks. The bonus amount can only be withdrawn after wagering 15 times the bonus amount.

Examples —

• Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a bonus of 24,000 Ks; total balance becomes 44,000 Ks, and you must wager 24,000 Ks × 15 = 360,000 Ks.
• Deposit 340,000 Ks and receive a bonus of 200,000 Ks (maximum); total balance becomes 540,000 Ks, and you must wager 200,000 Ks × 15 = 3,000,000 Ks.

4.2 — Bonus Restrictions

• The bonus can only be claimed once per player.
• If you withdraw after claiming a bonus, the bonus amount may be deducted.
• Withdrawals are not available until the wagering requirement is met.
• After claiming a bonus, you may only play slots or live casino games to fulfill the wagering requirement — football betting does not count toward it.
• When bonus funds are used for play, we monitor and detect arbitrage-style betting patterns.

4.3 — VIP Program

The av77 VIP program has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The more you play, the higher you climb — and the more weekly cashback you can earn—

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Game General Terms

Games on av77 run on Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or via a connected Live Dealer format. We are committed to fair play.

5.1 — Result Confirmation

If a connection is lost during a game, the server logs serve as the final, unalterable record for determining the game result. If a player's browser history or personal records conflict with the server logs, the server logs are considered correct.

5.2 — Football Decisions

The odds and bets we handle for football matches are finalised by the platform. In the event of postponements or cancellations, we will act in accordance with our policy.

5.3 — Winnings Limit

We reserve the right to review and adjust large bets. av77 is not liable to pay out winnings resulting from software errors or technical faults that occur unexpectedly.

Prohibited Actions and Code of Conduct

Players must avoid the following actions when using this platform —

• Opening duplicate accounts or abusing bonuses
• Using software, bots, or any automated tools
• Threatening or bribing anyone to influence game results
• Deposit or withdrawal patterns related to money laundering
• Deliberately seeking out and exploiting platform bugs
• Using the platform in ways that violate Myanmar law

If any of these violations are found, av77 may close the account without prior warning and return any remaining balance after a delay — bonus-related funds will not be returned.
